Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping your Nuamere Jewelry order.
Preparing Your Order
Once your order is placed, we begin carefully preparing it for shipment.
Processing time: 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday
During this time, we check your order, prepare your pieces and carefully pack everything before handing your package over to the carrier. Your order will ship as soon as this process is complete.
Delivery
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery normally takes:
6–10 business days, Monday through Friday
Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on your location, busy shipping periods or unexpected carrier delays.
As soon as your order leaves our store, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.
Please keep in mind that tracking scans do not always update in real time. Your package may already be moving to its next destination before a new scan appears.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Including both processing and delivery, you can normally expect your order within:
7–13 business days from the date of purchase, Monday through Friday
We always do our best to prepare your jewelry and get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
If Something Goes Wrong
Packages do not always travel exactly as planned.

Before placing your order, please take a moment to make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
